"the myriad of pressure in todays society has become every increasingly problematic, time or prowess to keep all tight and neatly sewn together is for many a feat or an impossibility. Be it career, relationship or financial stress the fatigue which ensues engulfs us and the seems will burst. My pride, and an unhealthy degree at that, preventing me from doing anything about the felt 360° stress left me with loosing the  what became a battle of me patching up my day to day issues.

My tentative approach at Mindset & Mental training modules was unfounded, they helped me identify several thought pattern topics to address and of course manifested blockages owing to previous experiences and the trauma within. The breath work (breathing exercises), meditation are very grounding and one could definitely say the reprogramming of my thoughts have not only been an awakening but the exercises have become an essential part of daily routing in managing situations and those created by others. The modules here have helped a lot, finding which was best for me was everything but hard and in limelight of todays cost of living doesn’t  burn a hole in my pocket."
