Mindset & Mental foundations & inner alignment

You develop an understanding of how thoughts, emotions, and the subconscious mind interact.
The focus is on recognizing inner patterns, gaining clarity about goals, and gently resolving initial mental blocks.

Visualization & conscious imagination

You will learn to use your imagination in a targeted way to emotionally anchor inner images, wishes and goals.
Visualization serves here as a bridge between consciousness and subconsciousness – calm, clear and without pressure.

Focus &
concentration

In this module you will strengthen your attention and learn to deal with distractions more consciously.
Mindfulness, simple concentration exercises and everyday routines will help you become more mentally present.

Stress management &
Resilience

The goal here is not to fight stress, but to understand it better. You will develop strategies to deal with challenges more calmly and to maintain inner stability even in demanding times.

Self-motivation & goal setting

You work with motivation, inner drive and a clear focus on goals.
Through simple mental tools, you learn to make your motivation independent of external circumstances.

Integration &
Implementation

Finally, it's about sustainably integrating everything you've learned into your everyday life.
Small, conscious steps help you to anchor mental clarity and inner alignment in the long term.

This is how we work

The mindset & mental training takes place one-on-onein person or online.
The content is individually tailored and can be expanded upon or combined as needed.

 

Initially, there is a free consultation (30 minutes) to get to know your needs and to clarify together whether mental training is right for you.

1 unit (90 minutes): € 90
